Beaver, UT - - What a fantastic diner that's been open since the late 1940's!!! Absolutely delicious food! Homemade biscuits and gravy, fantastic Bambi burger, and to die for Clam Chowder!!! Excellent service (Tish is a FANTASTIC server!!!)

I agree. Too bad they are not open for dinner, only lunch. Stopped by the other day but we were too late.
